Our Team

Our team is made up of highly experienced MUNers, who between them have 32 years of MUN experience. Our team is fully DBS cleared and has completed extensive safeguarding training, and can deliver whatever MUN service you might require. Between them, and individually, they have organised large and small conferences in the UK and overseas, and have run countless training sessions, each tailored to a school’s specific needs.

Andreas Payne

Andreas Payne

Andreas is a graduate of the University of Kent with a degree in Politics & International Relations. Having started MUN at 14, he specialised in the Security Council as a delegate and a chair, before being made Secretary-General. Since leaving school he has run training sessions for a number of schools in the UK and overseas.

Oliver Hirschfield

Oliver Hirschfield

Oliver is a Computer Science teacher at a school in Hertfordshire, where he also runs their Model United Nations programme. Oliver started his MUN career while at school and made a name for himself by developing numerous tech improvements for his school conference. He was made Secretary-General for his final year at school.

Richard Haslam

Richard Haslam

Richard came to MUN later than many, before making up for lost time to reach a total of 38 conferences, alongside training sessions, across 5 countries. Richard was made Secretary-General at both school and university, specialising in larger committees, including bringing order to over a 700 delegate General Assembly.
